About the artist:
Rik Sansone born in Norwood, Massachusetts where he received a Boston Globe Scholastic Art award. Rik went on to attend Framingham State College and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art. While there, he joined Student Government and the Student Activities board, had 2 campus radio shows; played bass, guitar and sang in bands, ran the theatre group for 2 years: designing sets, costumes, producing, directing and acting in several of it's productions. Rik also edited the campus paper arts pages and wrote & illustrated his own weekly comic. He then moved to Boston where he continued his illustration work for The Mass Bay Theatre Company & Planet Records, among others. After appearing the highly successful regional premiere of ’ÄúSubUrbia’Äù(2 Eliot Norton awards), Rik moved to New York to pursue more acting (’ÄúSummer 69: The Musical Happening’Äù) and Art & Design for many clients. He has recently been published in the book "Beatles Art".
